The Valley of Flowers Festival, known as the First Festival of Spring, has been celebrated every year since it started in 1963, marking this the 44th year of the celebration. From carnival rides, to musical performances, home improvement booths, health information, baseball games, car show, a children's area at the Eagan Center and carnival games at the Knights of Columbus Grounds.
